After 12 years as a realtor in south Alabama, I recruited my wife Joanne to join me to form Barfield Realty Group at Core 3 Realty. Joanne served for nearly 20 years as a counselor and Director of a local nonprofit. Together we are raising four children in a home we truly love. As a team we can identify your real estate needs, help you to prioritize those needs, and realize optimal outcomes. In all probability, your home is your largest investment, and we understand that investment is more than just monetary. It is our goal to ensure that you achieve fitting results as an homeowner. We believe that selling or buying your home should be a good, positive experience and not one of stress and uncertainty. My backgrounds in Real Estate both residential and commercial is extensive, having been an investor and property manager for over a decade. I have owned and managed apartments, rental houses, commercial office space, and office/warehouse space. An extensive background in investment finance makes me uniquely qualified to help you buy or sell investment real estate. I hold a Bachelors degree in Financial Services and a Masters in Management.
