I am Rush Sedberry, a FULL TIME Associate Broker with Leading Edge Real Estate Group. I have been a licensed Broker since 2005 and represent buyers and sellers in North Alabama. I live on beautiful Lake Guntersville and provide agency services from Scottsboro to Guntersville and everywhere in between.

I am an Alabama native, born in Birmingham and raised in Homewood. I learned to ski on Polecat Hollow on Lake Guntersville in my early teens, and though my career in the telecom industry moved me across the country several times, I returned to Guntersville just as soon as I could.

I purchased a weekend lake home here in 1992 and made the transition from weekender to full time resident in December of 2000. I began investing in commercial and residential properties and made the short step to becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2005. I have enjoyed helping many others discover Lake Guntersville ever since.

My cross country moves taught me the value of having a real estate professional who is not only knowledgeable but who will also work tirelessly to see that their client's interests are met. This includes a market analysis to help determine the property's value which is of importance whether you are buying or selling.
