In 2008, Mr. Selase moved back home to Alabama to work with a local non-profit and has been working in the field of substance abuse prevention for several years. He currently is the Executive Director of A.S.A.P. (Agency for Substance Abuse Prevention) and entered into real estate after assisting his own family with realty needs. Mr. Selase was elected to the Anniston City Council in August 2012 and served as the Vice Mayor until November 2016. He presently is the Vice Chair of the Planning Commission of the City of Anniston.
