With firsthand experience in house flipping and rental property development, as well as a thorough grasp of whats involved in prepping a home for the market, Michael excels in positioning investors successfully from day one. In addition, his experience with 1031 exchanges, infill development, commercial multifamily development and residential real estate projects makes him a sought-after resource for putting together land deals for residential builders and developers. Dually licensed in Alabama and Georgia, Michael provides an effortless flow of service between the two locations. A devoted family man, Michael resides with his wife, Audrey, and two active sons. (Both are very into soccer and Star Wars.) When hes not working with clients, Michael enjoys mountain biking, spending time at the racetrack with friends, skiing, fly fishing, playing pickleball and enjoying North Alabama's beautiful lakes and rivers.
