Brian Curtis started his Real Estate career in 2005 by founding HomeQuest Realty a small firm focused on working with first time buyers. Brian slowly expanded for the next few years and co-founded Southwest Funding of Bella Vista a mortgage company serving the local area.
HomeQuest Realty eventually merged with the company that would become Keller Williams Market Pro Realty in 2013. At that time Brian changed his focus from running a brokerage to team building, hiring his first team member in 2014. Since that time Curtis Realty Group has grown to over 30 members. With over 500 closings in 2021 Curtis Realty Group has become the number one team in all of Northwest Arkansas.
In 2018 Brian moved his team to his new Brokerage reopening HomeQuest Realty.
Lastly Brian has taken his passion for teaching and become a Real Estate Coach having coached some of the top teams in the country.
Curtis Realty specializes in residential, new construction, first time homebuyers and resale transactions.
