I am an appraiser and have a better understanding of true values of home and what the market will bring. I am a proficient negotiator and have been called one of the best at working out details of a sale, or last minute closing problem. I work hard to bring my clients every piece of information I can to table. I have been trained in home staging to help you get the most out of your home when you sell.
