Joey & Jeanne Markowski are a husband & wife Real Estate Team that have been the top producing team in the Batesville MLS for 6 consecutive years. Joey was raised in Melbourne and specializes in rural land, farms & new construction homes. Jeanne grew up in Batesville and her specialty is in home sales of all shapes and sizes. Her real estate lineage runs 3 generations deep as her grandparents and then aunt all owned & ran their own real estate companies. Her grandparents, Pat & Jean Davis, started one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the Washington DC area in the 1970's. Her aunt, Sondra Rich, was the founder of Rich Realty. Together they have 5 children and are active members of the Batesville Community. Joey was the President of the Batesville Board of REALTORS for the 2014 year (and was previously Vice President & Secretary). He was the 2014 REALTOR OF THE YEAR for the Batesville Board. He has also been the Board President of the Batesville Montessori School and is a current Vice President for Habitat for Humanity of Independence County and Eagle Mountain Property Owner's Association. Jeanne is also an Registered Nurse and a Board Member of the Arkansas Spida Bifida Association. Both are actively involved in Special Olympics & other charitable organizations.
