Lacey has served the Hot Springs community as a REALTOR since 2004 and created The Carpenter Real Estate Team with her father, Steve Carpenter in 2005. Lacey has seen significant change and growth in Hot Springs over her lifetime and is excited about the new businesses and opportunities that Hot Springs has to offer. Especially the revitalization and rehabilitation of the downtown community.
