My wife Liz and I chose Hot Springs Village as the place we wanted to spend our empty-nester years. Originally from the Seattle area, and after having spent 7 years in the mission field (Puerto Rico) + 3 years with the Arkansas & Missouri Baptist Children's Homes, it was time to choose where to spend our grey years lol. Once we visited this 26,000 acre gated community with 9 golf courses and 12 lakes, we were sold! My wife helps patients in a medical clinic here in the Village, and I get to be a tour guide, buyer's agent, and/or help sellers receive top dollar for their homes when it comes time to sell.
