With so many Realtors vying for your business, why should you call me -- the nerdy Realtor -- specifically? You'll need to read on to answer that question! Your ability to connect to your Realtor as a friend, a confidante, and a trusted expert is perhaps the most important decision as you begin your quest to buy or sell a home.

Once called a "magical unicorn" by a client (seriously, I'm not making that up) it will become evident after meeting why my clients obsessively recommend me to friends and family. They know that we're going to have fun looking for houses while you sit back and sip iced coffee in my "limo", that I'm going to take care of you like a friend who *just* happens to be an expert in real estate, and that you'll be embarrassed as I ugly cry at your closing because... I'm truly going to miss you. (It's honestly the WORST part about my job!)

Here's a little bit about me to see if we have things in common. It IS critical, by the way. I'm a Missouri native with Bachelor's degree in Business Admin and Marketing, and a Masters Degree in Data Forensics / Information Quality. I'm not afraid to do things like hike Machu Picchu or ski the Alps or throw the line in the ocean to snag a shark! I have no children, but they love me. (A client's child has seriously asked before where my bedroom will be in their new home. She just assumed I'd be moving in!) I lived in Germany for a while and traveled Europe extensively, and have resided close to metro areas like New York City, so I have an understanding of the culture shock one might experience if moving to Arkansas. I am an avid volunteer and give special attention to the Sherwood Police Department. I can back a trailer better than most men and operate big machinery like bulldozers. Why is the latter worthy of mention? As a Realtor, you have to be open to learning new things, and get your hands dirty at times. Willingness to try anything to get to the end goal is important. Sometimes, we need to DIG.

Why might I be a good Realtor for you? I work very hard, and that work carried me to a young retirement from one of the largest companies in the US (which is why I'm now a Realtor!) My decades working in an environment that required constant innovation makes me a different type of Realtor, I think! I use data and research perhaps more than most on our journey. Being in the tech industry taught me tenacity, organization, drive, and problem solving skills that have translated perfectly into the world of real estate. I chose this second career because I like helping people in general, but I absolutely LOVE watching people succeed. I'm equally excited when you find "the one" or get a big check at closing.

My client base ranges from million dollar buyers to those well under 100,000. You are all treated equally with care and respect. Most of us start out small. (I sure did. ) I encourage you to reach out and speak to me regarding your hopes and dreams - even if you *think* they're not attainable at this time. Let's create a plan. I have a phenomenal team around me to do just that!

Please reach out to me via Realtorwww or Google my contact information if I may be of assistance in any way, regardless of whether you need my services. If I don't know an answer for you, I likely know someone who does!
