With Advertising and Public Relations credentials such as former Account Executive for Blanchard Schaefer Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing for Dallas Market Center, Marketing for Zane Publishing and a degree in Advertising/Public Relations, Austin is taking principles from the larger corporations and applying them to their company. The idea is to develop a marketing plan for each individual house as if it was a small company in order to reach the maximum market. We have carefully selected real estate agents who we feel fit into the culture of our business. We do not want to get caught up in the corporate stress, but instead be able to have the personal interaction to aid our salespeople in order to make them successful. The reason we are in business is our clients. As successful business people, we need to be able to focus on them. Politics is not what pays our bills, clients are. Creating an environment where agents have the systems and tools to build a strong bond with their clients is essential. It is what allows the team to be formed and the goal to be reached.
