All appliances included in the sale and have been updated recently in most of the units. Low taxs because technically it is in the Greenwood District but still within the city limits of Fort Smith. How they'd do that? But true. A pretty much crime free area. Nobody goes in there unless they live there or friends visiting. Owner supplies lawn care. To be sold AS IS .
