I am a Realtor serving eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas, specializing in residential properties, farms & ranches.
I have a home inspection background which helps me give my clients insight into things to look for in their new home and also any issues that may need to be addressed before selling their current property.
I have been involved in real estate for the last 30 years, buying and selling homes to flip, so I know exactly what goes into getting a home ready for the market. I also understand buyers' hurdles in finding the perfect home for their families and being aware of any concerns before buying. I know the challenges of being on both sides.
I sit down with my clients and listen to what their needs are in their home buying or selling experience. We then talk about the best way to meet their goals. If buying a home, I take them through the home buying process step by step, making sure they are well informed at every level. If selling, they receive neighborhood comparables so we can price their home effectively for their market. I also offer my clients tips and ideas on getting their home ready to sell and to stand out above the rest.
I truly believe communication is very important between the agent and client and I strive to make the process work smoothly.
