I earned my real estate license in 2016, but Ive been in training for my career in real estate since the early 1990s when my husband and I started looking for our first home. I read everything I could get my hands on regarding home design, renovation, purchasing homes, credit reports, mortgages, taxes, zoning, etc. If it had to do with real estate, I was a sponge soaking up every bit of information I could! Over the years, my husbands job opportunities provided relocations to Michigan, Florida, Ohio, Tennessee and back to our home state of Pennsylvania until ultimately settling in Northeast Arkansas in 2018. During those relocations, we followed the old adage to buy the worst house in the best neighborhood, make some updates and then sell at a profit. This training gave me valuable insight in making smart purchases, smarter renovations, great staging, and understanding the current housing market! My goal is to work closely with my clients providing another set of eyes that draw on my education and years of personal experience. Whether your goal is buying or selling, I will work for you every step of the way!
