I have been in Real Estate for over 20 years, first as a Builder, building over a 100 homes in Maumelle, Arkansas. Also flipped homes and invested in property. Developed sub-division, had my own rental properties. I have my license so I can help and assist Seller's and Buyer's with their needs using my knowledge, experience and expertise. I'm helpful to my clients because I have a wide range of experience in financing and helping you find the right lender for your situation or loan program that will best work for you. I can find you the perfect home but if you don't have the most advantageous financing, you won't close and closing is when you get the keys!! For Seller's, I bring my knowledge and expertise of how to analyze the market conditions to best price your home to sell and my marketing skills that I have crafted and kept current year to year. I'm well oriented with the social media aspects and web presence as 95% of buyer's use the internet for shopping for their dream home. I'm personable and very easy to talk to and a educator at heart. I help my customer understand the steps of the process by explaining in detail how we will get from A to B and so on. My customers have told me over an over that I helped them have an overall better understanding of their situation as it relates to the real estate transaction making them feel more in control and able to make better educated decisions without second guessing themselves. I am a Native Arkansan, married to Barry Kellerman Sr. and we have 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren, I am a young MiMi! I have represented customers from ages of 23 up to 85. I can work on anyone's level as I have been helping my adult children and their friends find homes for years. The most important thing is I love what I do and I really do care about my customers and they know it! This isn't a part-time job for me, it is my career and I work when my customers need me to work so I'm basically on call all the time and I love every minute of it. I can't wait to get started everyday to work for my customers in serving their needs in real estate or whatever might be coming our way that day. I outwork other Realtor's and my results show it. As a Mult-Million Dollar Producer I can handle anything and don't mind working hard to make it happen.
