My Real Estate Philosophy:
I have been a real estate professional for 28 years. My marketing areas consist of Rio Rico, Nogales, Tubac, Amado, Green Valley, AZ. Prior to real estate I was in the produce business in Nogales, AZ for 32 years and the last 11 of those years I owned my own truck brokerage business. In the produce business I learned discipline in my daily work-load, communication skills and people skills. When I closed my business in 1982 I took on other endeavors which lead me in 1994 to go to real estate school and get my license.
I have been associated with Coldwell Banker or CB Realty for the past 10 years, we are number one in sales and listings in the Green Valley area. I am proud to be affiliated with such a successful company. I have earned recognition from CB realty as a Sterling Society and Diamond Society member due to my multiple sales.
As a SELLERS AGENT: I guide a seller by helping them understand the concept of curb appeal for selling a home for the most money in the least amount of time. I use a professional photographer for my pix and also use drone shots to enhance an aerial view of the property. If the home is vacant, I use virtual staging. I use our company Listing Concierge program on all my listings which I would be happy to explain to you. I firmly believe you don't have a second chance to make a good first impression. That good first impression is vitally important to bringing you a buyer.
As a Buyer's Agent: My first priority is communication to find out what you are looking for in a home. I return phone calls expediently and have a great deal of tenacity for taking care of my clientele through the entire process of home buying. Of course, as in all things, there are often glitches and when they appear I try to work with my buyers to navigate them in a productive manner. I always suggest to a buyer to get prequalified first before looking at property and I have good local lenders to recommend. This way the buyer knows what they can afford, what their down payment will be as well as their monthly mortgage payments. My clients tell me I have a great sense of humor but more importantly, I take pride in my professionalism. I simply love what I do!
