All Work is done by licensed contrctors and engineered to perfection. No cheap materials are used. Homes are built in Az. Are homes insulated? Yes. Do these homes need a cemen t pad ? No. blocks or gravel compacted are fine. How much is 10 acres with a tiny home already installed on land ? Price varies on lot, views, size of home etc. $125k-155k
