About JIM:
Jim Geldien is an Ohio native, a former business owner in Hawaii, and a 50-year resident of Scottsdale, Arizona. Jim is an experienced Realtor with 40 years as a skilled negotiator with great knowledge of the Phoenix metropolitan area. He says, I've sold everything from one simple mobile home to twelve luxury properties in one day at the prestigious Scottsdale Waterfront Residences. Much of Jims time is focused on working within the luxury market. He is a top two-percent producer in his company. Not only is Jim able to guide buyers through the purchase process, he also brings his talent as an accomplished Interior Designer, when needed, able to assist clients with both remodeling and reimagining interiors as the owner of JAM Interior Design. In his earlier years, Jim was Director of Operations for a large Restaurant and Hotel business, overseeing six hotels, nine restaurants, and 400 employees in Arizona and California. Jim spends much of his holiday time either in his native Ohio or on a cruise ship exploring the world. He has a strong commitment to the community and is a very active member of Ascension Church and was a founding member of Encore University, serving on its Board of Directors.
About MARK:
Mark Ficklin is an Illinois native but moved with his family to Arizona when he was, thus qualifying as an Arizona native. Mark studied Business Management at Arizona State University and worked for the airline industry with America West Airlines for 15 years. Mark co-owned a condo-booking, condo-maintenance, and interior design company while living on Maui before joining his partner, Jim Geldien, as a full-time Realtor 17 years ago and they are now part of Arizona Best Real Estate and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Mark enjoys finding the perfect home for his clients. He is a skilled strategist, possesses a solid knowledge of the metropolitan area, and pays close attention to detail. He continues to immerse himself in continuing education, earning the Accredited Buyers Representative and e-Pro Certifications, and is within the top two percent of producers with his company. Mark's downtime will find him cruising interesting parts of the world, as well as perpetually trying to train his miniature schnauzer, Jack. He has a strong commitment to the community and has held leadership roles within his Homeowner's Association as Vice President and Committee Chair. He also spends numerous hours as a volunteer at Ascension Church.
