Jeff Graver is the newest member of the Prosper Team at Realty Executives Northern Arizona, Prescott. With over 40 years of experience in the retail business ownership and customer service industries, Jeff has learned to listen carefully to the requests and desires of his clients and works diligently to deliver a superior professional experience to everyone he interacts with.
Jeff was born in Munich, Germany, the son of a career diplomat, and lived between Germany and the Washington DC area as his family moved with his fathers postings. After graduating high school in Vienna, Austria he spent a year in Paris, France before returning to the United States for good. Jeff spent the next 8 years in south Florida, where he met his wife Kathy. At the end of 1980 Jeff and Kathy and their children moved to Boonville, New York, where they spent the next 30 years operating several businesses, including a multi-store consumer electronics, music and communications business, a bookstore, an internet caf and others. Their daughter Bethany had moved to the Phoenix area in 1999, and each time they visited Jeff and Kathy were fascinated by the rugged beauty, variety and constant sunshine that epitomizes Arizona. As they travelled the state, they were drawn to the combination of historical and modern influences that characterize Prescott. There is always something going on in Prescott, with year-round activities at the City Square, the worlds oldest rodeo, shopping, dining, and so much more. In January of 2012 they finally fled the frozen Northeast and relocated to Prescott: everybodys hometown.
When Kathy and Jeff wanted to invest in rental property in Prescott, Holly and the Prosper Team found the ideal property for themeven though it was not on the market at that time. Holly also advised them of the possible tax advantages of a 1031 exchange, the use of which saved them a significant sum.
Having had such a good experience with the Prosper Team, Jeff and Kathy naturally turned to them again when it was time to buy a house. Once again Holly found a property that suited all of their needs, and in 2014 they moved into the Stoneridge community. When Jeff decided to enter the local real estate field, the combination of prompt, superior service and excellent results that he had experienced made the Prosper Team his first choice.
