I specialize in Representing Buyers and Sellers in their Residential Home Purchase or Sale in the Sierra Vista and surrounding areas.
I assist my buyers through the entire home purchase from beginning the loan process, through scheduling showings, determining offer price based on home value, negotiating the contract, navigating home inspections and repairs, to handing over the keys at closing.
I assist my sellers throughout the entire home selling process from providing them with a thorough property evaluation to determine the best list price and strategy for selling quickly and for the most money, guiding them through any potential repairs or needed maintenance that could affect their home's value prior to listing, staging the home so that it looks its best in print and in person, through negotiating offers, scheduling showings and repairs, to handing over the keys at closing.
About Me: Being the spouse of an active duty soldier for the past 22 years and counting, to say we have gone through several moves would be an understatement. For some, it can be very stressful to pick up and move every few years or so, leaving behind our family, friends, the familiar and favorite places we know and love. Though difficult at times, I have learned along the way to embrace the changes that come along with Military Life and have been fortunate enough to enjoy the opportunities it has brought me. It has become an adventure to make new friends, to explore new areas, and to discover new favorite places, and ultimately to have discovered a knack and a passion for a career in Real Estate along the way...being an "unofficial" expert of sorts already, I decided to make it official by obtaining my North Carolina Real Estate license in 2006. In 2012, we were stationed at Fort Huachuca, where I am now licensed and am an active duty Realtor, since 2013. I have been honored to be able to share my knowledge and experience in assisting other families through this process that I have come to know and love. I continue to make it my mission to ensure the best interest of my clients are protected and come before my own, to do everything I can to provide a stress free and enjoyable transaction, to provide each and every client with exceptional value, honesty, integrity and unparalleled customer service. Whether it's representing a buyer through their first home purchase or their last, or assisting a seller in moving on to their next adventure, I enjoy every minute of getting to know my clients and have been blessed to have established life long friendships with many of them.
