Kim is a native of Yuma that chose to return back "home" after college to raise a family and give back to her community. Upon returning back to Yuma, Kim managed the Southern Az offices for a non-profit child abuse prevention agency and then when she started her family transitioned into real estate full time. Kim is married and has three beautiful daughters. They love participating and volunteering in the Yuma community. Volunteerism is an important part of the Olsen family and includes helping their school with various projects, participating in 4H activities and the kids have lemonade stands to raise money for the Humane Society and breast cancer prevention organizations annually. Kim has extensive personal experience in investor properties and spent a couple years working with a local contractor in a model home. These experiences help customize her attention and detail to fit your needs. The challenge of helping families find the "home" that meets the needs of each person has made her real estate career rewarding. From working with first time homebuyers to helping investors find properties that meet their goal and working with new construction...each transaction is fulfilling a homeownership dream for her clients.
