Hi there! Im Josephine Dunn with RealtyONEGroup Mountain Desert. This is my first year in real estate. I spent many years as a Registered Nurse here in Prescott, but after over a decade it was time to try something new. So, with encouragement from my family and friends to pursue my passion, became a licensed professional REALTOR.
My introduction to RealtyONEGroup Mountain Desert was as a residential client. I loved the company and the service I received so much, I decided to join the group. I understand the buying or selling process can often be challenging and complicated. However, I am passionate about the needs and concerns of others. I am committed to advocating for my clients best interests through one of the largest decisions of their lifetime. I express high energy, honesty, and uncompromising integrity in every detail of a real estate transaction. I pride myself on being dedicated to achieving my clients real estate goals. The best part of my life is my family. Between a wonderful new husband, one outstanding son, four fabulous daughters, two amazing grandsons, and three large and lovable dogs, I know all about the importance of accommodating individual needs. I love the Prescott area. I have lived locally for sixteen years and I delight in sharing all of the fantastic things this city has to offer. During all four seasons, I have the pleasure to experience many of the outdoor activities available in the exceptional city of Prescott. From shopping to restaurants to hiking trails, you can bet I always have a suggestion. In short, I am looking forward to showing you your new home or walking you through the selling process.
