I have been in the real estate services business in Arizona for over 20 successful years and will be here for many more. This longevity and confidence comes from my real estate services to a great many buyers and sellers, and their recommendations to others that result in repeat and referral business that keeps me productive and successful. As a full service Tucson real estate professional with a Masters Degree in Business Administration, I work with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all price ranges and property types. My hobby is photography. I have been published internationally and received a lot of recognition, especially for a specific photograph of lightning, a rainbow and a saguaro that I took in August of 2015. I have served in multiple capacities in my community, my church, and with my local association of Realtors. In the community, I volunteer frequently as a photographer for our local schools, have been an AYSO volunteer coach, an Eagle Scout and Scout Leader. With the Tucson Association of Realtors I have been heavily involved as a volunteer Director for both the MLS and the association and later served as Vice President. I also had the chance to be the commitee chairperson involved in fundraising for the protection of real estate property rights both on the local and national levels. These opportunities give me the chance to help others and be a part of something greater. Residential Single Family My residential single family services connect buyers with sellers every day, and I do it with professionalism and a total dedication to my clients. This property type is the majority of my market transactions, but by far not the only one in which I have expertise. Condominiums While condominiums are residential, theyre a very different market focus, and I am an expert in evaluating condos and helping buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type. Multifamily Investors are great clients for me. Multifamily properties are a very unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are second nature to me. Vacant Land Land is a very special property class. Its relatively easy to show a gourmet cook a wonderful commercial kitchen in a home and see their eyes light up. Its more of a challenge to help a buyer or seller to realize the potential in a piece of land. I'm the best at it in the Tucson and Vail real estate markets.
