For over 16 years I have listed and sold homes, cabins, and land in Rim Country. I have performed valuations for banks and even handled some foreclosures for bank clients when the market was down. I love what I do and enjoy helping others with their real estate needs.
I love this area. The scenery and people are great. In my free time I like to hike and research area history. Studying maps and aerials prior to a hike is part of the fun, as is taking photos and rockhounding while on the hike. I have published one area history book: Zane Greys Forgotten Ranch: Tales from the Boles Homestead and written many history columns for the local paper.
While I grew up in the Phoenix area I have been coming to Rim Country my whole life. My parents had a 2nd home outside of Payson. I understand what its like to be eagerly escaping the valley on a hot summer day. Now though I live here full time and so do my parents. They have retired to Payson, giving me yet another more personal view of things.
Prior to entering real estate I obtained degrees in Management and Finance from Arizona State University. Immediately upon graduating I worked as a Research Analyst.
