I own my own Real Estate Brokerage specializing in residential and multifamily real estate in the Phoenix area. I serve the surrounding cities of Anthem North, Ahwatukee, Fountain Hills, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Higley, Maricopa, Mesa, Peoria, Phoenix, Queen Creek, Scottsdale and Tempe.
Historically low interest rates make this a perfect time to move up to a bigger home or down to a home with less maintenance. As a 30+ year Phoenix area resident I have extensive knowledge of the communities in the greater Phoenix area. My goal is to make sure my clients are well informed whether buying or selling their personal residence or an investment property. I try to ensure that my clients have as much information possible so they can make the best decision for their needs as a home purchase is typically the largest financial decision they will ever make.
I started my own brokerage in 2007. Karen Van Vugt joined the company to handle Home Owners Association (HOA) and property management.
I have a bachelor degree in Business, a Broker's License and extensive real estate training. My professional affilitations include the Southeast Valley Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
My community involvement includes: Member of the Tempe Chamber of Commerce, Lifetime member and Past Commodore of Lake Powell Yacht Club, a non-profit boating safety and boaters rights organization. I have traveled extensively and visited Australia, China, Ireland, Israel, the Philippines, Malaysia, Canada, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico and Mexico. Prior to entering real estate I spent 20+ years in the electronics industry including 17 years at Intel.
