Having spent time learning the ins and outs of investing in rental propertiesas well as building my own homeI became fascinated with the "next step" in the process: real estate sales. Working as a property manager for so many years made me realize the immense (emotional AND financial) value of owning a home. That's when I decided to put my experience in assessing properties to work by helping others achieve their real estate dreams.
As a former business owner and a successful property-flipper, I have a solid grasp on what it takes to buy and sell a home. My strength lies in navigating the complexities that arise throughout the real estate process. It honestly fascinates me! I get to come into work to something new every day, and I relish the challenge it provides because it has a direct, positive impact on the lives of my clients.
A native Arizonan, I first moved to Tucson from Mesa when I was ten years old. I've always loved the unique atmosphere and culture of the Sonoran Desert. There's nothing like breathing in the crisp desert air near Saguaro National Park while taking in the beautiful landscapes and sunsets stretching out into the horizon. When I'm not working or exploring the city, I enjoy staying active, traveling, watching TV and movies, reading, and going out to eat at one of our many, MANY local restaurants. I also volunteer as a family mentor for a local refugee program, the International Rescue Center. Though life keeps me busy, I love nothing more than winding down with my three children and my spouse of over twenty-five years.
I genuinely enjoy helping people achieve their goals in real estate, whether it's helping them sell the property they've outgrown or finding them the perfect place for their family to call home. From combing through listings to handing over your keys on move-in day, it will be my pleasure to stand by your side every step of the way!
