Been living herewith my family, in the Beautiful Verde Valley, since moving from Iowa in 1987. Came to work at First Interstate Bank as a commercial-construction lender, after banking during the devastating downsizing of rural Iowa Farmers and Banks. Worked @ 1st Interstate until wells-Fargo became the new owner, and found I didn't much fit into the "corporate society". So, I have been selling, developing financing, and just about everything else related to real estate ever since. I have been part owner or full owner of 3 different offices here, until I got old enough to realize I enjoy helping customers more then I like running an office, so I sold and merged with CENTURY 21 here in 2014, and love it ! I thoroughly enjoy helping folks through the same "getting acquainted" issues I experienced in my relocation move. I have been associated with about 25 residential building projects, one 6000+ sq. ft. office I continue to own with my friends at the local bank, and am presently working on a new 20 lot subdivision preparing to build some new homes, for my not yet known "new friends"......
