Mary Ann Kelley has called the Valley of the Sun home for more than 38 years. Her career as a real estate professional was a direct result of her personal successes in residential real estate complemented by skill sets achieved over her colorful career path.
Professionally, Mary Ann has enjoyed positions in the fields of Hospitality Management, Law, and Advertising. A graduate of Cornell University with a Business degree, Mary Ann held management positions with Hyatt Hotels and The Waldorf Astoria Collections Arizona Biltmore Resort in Food & Beverage Operations, Catering Sales & Purchasing. These roles demanded excellence in communication skills, task orientation, and customer service.
In the 1990s, Mary Ann obtained an Associates Degree in Paralegal Sciences. She worked in the Commercial Litigation departments at Snell & Wilmer and Beus/Gilbert. Keen attention to detail and systematic organization of materials was critical to her success.
Mary Ann has a passion for all things real estate, endeavoring in her own remodeling projects, interior design, and landscaping. Over the years, she has collaborated with general contractors, designers, and numerous trades. It seemed only natural that Mary Ann obtained her real estate sales license and enter an industry that she loves.
Having worked in the Luxury Real Estate market for 18 years at two highly acclaimed brokerages: Coldwell Banker Success (where she enjoyed a banner rookie year with top production), and as an Associate Broker at Russ Lyon Sothebys International Realty Private Client Group, Mary Ann delivered impeccable service and representation. Now, Mary Ann has joined forces with HomeSmart the most powerful, entrepreneurial Real Estate brokerage in Arizona! She continues to work with passion, integrity, and commitment.
Mary Ann enjoys hiking, fitness, interior design and gardening. She and her husband, Bruce, live in Paradise Valley. Their grown children live in Austin and Los Angeles. A friend to the community, Mary Ann has been involved in numerous professional and service organizations over the years.
