With her trademark drive, she managed to realize her dreams of becoming a flight attendant and then an overseas travel rep. Spending the majority of her travel career in Spain allowed her to become fluent in Spanish and lead her into the real estate industry. Gale spent two years helping British buyers achieve their dreams of owning a vacation or retirement home in the Mediterranean. In 1988, she paid a visit to her brother who was living in Northern California, met her San Franciscan born husband, Jim, and her world travels were over!

Working for a leading auction house in the San Francisco Bay Area, Gale assisted with live real estate auctions and quickly became a key member of the real estate team handling marketing campaigns for both live and sealed bid sales of multi-million dollar commercial property. She spent some time away from the real estate industry working for 10 years in the health insurance sector. The interaction with individual and group clients helping them choose the best coverage for themselves and their families, assisting with complicated claim issues, was very satisfying but the call to return to real estate beckoned.
