Rudy is an experienced realtor, team leader, and business owner with expertise in cultivating and closing complex deals. Rudy got his start in real estate after having a negative real estate experience with his family's realtor while listing his family's properties in Albuquerque, New Mexico and moving back to Arizona.
At the time Rudy was attending high school with high ambitions to graduate, attend law school, and become a lawyer. But something did not sit well with Rudy after experiencing a nicely dressed realtor walk into their home to sell the entire family on the idea of selling the home and finally moving back to Arizona. The best part was the realtor said he could "sell it fast!" and promised to "stay in touch through every step of the way!" sadly that never happened. In fact the family home sat on the market for nearly a year and sold for a less than expected. The worst part was the realtor made little to no follow up calls and gave excuse after excuse on why new marketing, advertising, or even open houses weren't being done. It drove Rudy crazy that the realtor still made a full commission for the service they had received.
That experience drove Rudy to take a stand and do something about it. While Rudy knew he may not be able to change the entire industry as whole, he could start by making a change himself. Rudy received his real estate license in November of 2014 and got into the real estate industry to help himself and team of fellow realtors to always put the customer first and to follow up and follow through. It was a natural fit as Rudy had already been studying law and negotiation in preparation for law school. He took his ambition to negotiate contracts for the benefit and rights of others to real estate along with his passion to help others!
Today Rudy is a seasoned businessman with natural focus on the big picture and the end result. An articulate and persuasive communicator, Rudys broad interests serve him well. His ability to forge relationships with a wide range of people is the most critical element to his success.

Rudy is a member of the Tucson Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Agent Leadership Council. He was awarded the 1926 Circle of Excellence one of his companies highest achievement categories in Long Realty Company. Agents in this category rank within the top 5% of realtors nationwide according to the National Association of Realtors. Rudy is a young and ambitious business leader with focus on helping others.
