I am Laurencio Landeros, Jr. I am excited to take on a new endeavor in real estate. Originally from Yuma Arizona, I love the desert southwest. I was raised in this small town from parents that worked in the fields. My grandmother raised me from Kindergarten age to college. My first language was Spanish and I learned and spoke English in school. My grandmother never spoke a work of English, so at an early age I translated everything for her. From the beginning I always wanted to become an architect. I love designing homes and creating living spaces. I guess that real estate was always in the back of my mind. I own a successful residential and small commercial cleaning business, which had prospered for twenty years until Covid hit. That pushed me to look for other forms of income. Real estate kind of was a no brainer for me since I have bought and sold several properties using realtors. With the help and support of my spouse I went to school and got my real estate license last year. We have a beautiful four year old daughter named Tiffany and she will follow in her Daddys footsteps in real estate. She draws houses so Daddy can sell them. I have set my goals super high in this business, and I know I can achieve them with the right team leading me. I am a quick learner and I know how to listen to people. I plan to help my clients make a knowledgeable decision in such an important process. I want to gain all the knowledge that is offered to me in real estate. I will be the best Realtor if not the Number one in the Phoenix metro area.
