Suzanne Gammage has an outstanding history of helping home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. She began her career in Texas following graduation from the University of Houston with a BS in Business and Commerce and major in Real Estate. She continued her business studies at Rice Universitys Jones Graduate School. In 2007 she added to her skill set with a Masters in Real Estate Development from Arizona State University. Suzanne owned her own brokerage for 20 years before forming Montebello Fine Properties, LLC with her partners Dana Dearien & Temple Blackburn. Since 2004 she has concentrated her efforts in East Phoenix, the Camelback and Lincoln Corridors, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and Tempe.
Suzanne is a hands-on, personal service oriented Real Estate Professional. Her local and International clients from Canada, South America, France and other European Countries, Asia and The Middle East place high value on her attentiveness, expertise, judgment, and integrity. She concentrates on Homes, Land, Investment properties and Specialty Commercial Properties. Her performance has been recognized on many occasions by local and regional organizations and publications. Suzanne is currently a proud member of Lambda Alpha International (LAI), an international association for distinguished professionals in all fields related to the use and development of land. In 2008 she served as Tour Director for Luxury Home Tour, Inc., a non-profit organization focused on the luxury home market in the Greater Metro Phoenix area. She loves traveling, swimming, walking, hiking and biking and has lived all over the world but loves best living in Arizona, near Camelback Mountain, with her author/writer husband and their two Golden Retrievers, Lady & The Champ.
