Before becoming a REALTOR, I held Senior Management positions with several top Las Vegas Casinos and Arizona Resorts, where I was responsible for planning and executing large events and conferences with upwards of 10,000 attendees. I also opened and managed the Cincinnati Horseshoe Convention Center, leading a new team in planning and executing catering and convention events. Recognized for my leadership skills, I'm most proud of earning respect from my team as a true "team player".
