Justin Cook is a lifelong native of the East Valley. He lives in Gilbert with his gorgeous wife Kari and their four beautiful children Caleb, Gunner, Bree and Bode.
Justin graduated with honors from ASUs College of Business with a degree in Real Estate and received his Real Estate Brokers license. He has sold Real Estate in the Valley since the year 2000 and has enjoyed much success. Justin is a member of the REMAX Hall of Fame and REMAX Chairmans Club as well as a recipient of the REMAX Lifetime Achievement Award. He ranks in the top 1% of his entire industry and is the number 1 individual REMAX agent in the Southeast Valley and number 9 in all of Arizona.
Justin earned his Certified Local Market Expert (CLME) designation to better serve his clients in his local area. Due to the high amount of short sales and bank owned properties that hit the market during the Real Estate downturn, Justin earned three distinguished designations as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), a Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN) and a Buyer Price Opinion Resource (BPOR) to provide more expert services to his clients.
Justin was recently interviewed and featured in Top Agent and Real Producer Magazines. Early in his career he was also featured nationally in REALTOR Magazine as one of thirty realtors in the entire nation under the age of thirty who the nationally published magazine felt were rising stars in Real Estate. It is called the 30 under 30 Club.
Justin is actively involved in his community and has served for many years as an adult leader in his Churchs young mens program. He and his wife also support a non-profit organization Sharing Down Syndrome of Arizona (Caleb was born with Down syndrome although Justin and his wife think of it more as Up syndrome because of all the joy he brings them). Justin is an avid sports fan and is true to all local teams especially the Phoenix Suns, Arizona Cardinals and ASU Sun Devils!
Justin is proud of his accomplishments but what makes Justin top in his field is his dependability, integrity, professionalism and strong work ethic. He makes communication with his clients a priority. Justin truly does care about his clients bottom line and works diligently to get the best possible deal for all of them
