I grew up in the Midwest in a small suburb of Chicago called Villa Park, I got married and raised my children further west of the city in another small town called Geneva. For over 25 years my family and I vacationed in Arizona and we just fell in love with the overall healthy lifestyle that it had to offer. In 2018 after becoming empty nesters, my husband and I made the move to sunny Arizona where we live everyday as if we were on vacation! We have felt the shift in our overall well-being and I would love to help others do the same.
I have over 35 years of experience in sales, training and customer service within the Fitness Industry and I have an innate ability to connect with people because my entire career has been relationship driven.
I believe true health and happiness is only achieved when the inside of your body and your outside environment are in sync. You can eat healthy and workout to keep your body physically fit, however the environment you choose to live in sets the tone for your mental health and longevity. I feel strongly that Arizona is the best place on the planet to find your perfect home and live in a happy environment full of abundant sunshine, beautiful mountains and warm and friendly people.
