Dave fell in love with North Scottsdale in 1980 while working in the Golf Business at Pinnacle Peak Country Club. Later the same year he began his Professional Career as a Sale Executive for Honeywell Inc. in 1984 Dave transitioned into Real Estate and Joined the Desert Mountain Club the day it opened in April 1987. In 2001 he became the first partner in what quickly became the top team in North Scottsdale and for 13 of the last 16 years for Prudential AZ Properties now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices AZ. Last year Dave ranked in the top 1% (8th) out of 850 agents companywide.
