Nick is a lifelong Arizonan. He grew up in Scottsdale, Sedona, and Flagstaff, before moving to Tucson in 2000, his wifes hometown.
Nick started his work life washing dishes at age 12 in his familys small mom and pop restaurant in Flagstaff. That experience instilled a work ethic that continues to this day.
Nick has over 15 years experience in residential real estate in the Tucson market. He started his real estate practice in 2009, during the middle of the housing downturn. That experience helped shape the way he does business. Nick learned to always give advice based on the market youre currently in, while also thinking about what the future may hold. He truly wants the best for each client.
Nick understands the contract inside and out and takes the time to ensure you know what youre signing and why. He explains the pitfalls that you may encounter, so you know what to expect throughout the entire process.

In his free time, Nick enjoys volunteering with Literacy Connects. He is also a musician who enjoys playing the guitar and bass.
About Kim:
Kim is a fourth-generation Tucsonan, a self-proclaimed architecture nerd, and a bookworm.
After earning a BA in Interior Design, Kim spent 13 years working as a kitchen designer. She brings her passion for architecture and design as well as attention to detail to the business. She has worked behind the scenes researching and writing many of the articles on RealTucsonwww since 2010.
Kim officially joined Nick in his real estate practice in 2019 after earning her real estate license the year before. She is head of marketing for Real Tucson.
Kim is on the Tucson Association of Realtors Home Tour Committee. Kim also enjoys working as a Pima County poll worker on election days since 2020.
In her free time, Kim enjoys reading non-fiction, learning about Arizona history, hiking, spoiling her rescue dog, and traveling to National Parks.
