Living & working in the Southeast Valley from 1996 to 2013, then in Scottsdale since 2013, I am intimately familiar with the ebbs and flows of the market & the rapid expansion & contraction of the market here in the Valley of the Sun. I hold a Broker's license & a BBA in Marketing from the University of North Dakota. My understanding of the referral systems deepened while teaching several Certified Mentor classes as the former owner of a local real estate company.
