Originally from Brazil, Erika moved to Arizona in 1998 after getting married to her best friend and love of her life, who is now a 22 year veteran of the Phoenix Police. Erika attended a trade school in Building Designer extending her education by going to the University of Bras Cubas in Sao Paulo with a major in Architecture and Urban Planning and worked many years as a kitchen designer, home designer, landscape designer and also as an estimator for construction materials. All her experience and passion for Real Estate has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations and educating homebuyers and sellers. Erika has been working in the Maricopa County area for 6 years and has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Price Strategy Adviser (PSA), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designations. Erikas clients often describe her as honest, proactive, and fun to be around. She enjoys being around nature, hiking, meditating, painting and singing karaoke, which she is famous to sing really bad Phantom of the Opera.
