Bruce moved to HOT Arizona in the spring of 2004 when property values were escalating rapidly and homes were being sold in a matter of hours with multiple offers on each home. At that time, Bank owned and Short Sale homes were a minority, where as in today's market, Bank owned and Short Sale homes are common place.
Bruce is native to central Iowa and lived many adult years in north eastern Nebraska. Prior to becoming a licensed REALTOR, Bruce owned as well as managed several car dealerships where he supervised and trained individuals; plus bought and sold vehicles through auctions.
Bruce's expertise is in negotiating with buyers, sellers, banks and other team members. His talent also includes knowing how to take care of the ever-changing needs of customers and clients. Bruce's competency, respectful manner and his "get-er-done" attitude creates an atmosphere of assurance for our clients as well as other members of our team.
Bruce has earned his NFSTI Certified REO Specialist (NCREOS); and Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certificate.
