As a resident of Tucson for over 38 years and a former small business owner in the area, I understand and value the trust my clients have placed in me. I use the knowledge I've gained negotiating with mortgage companies, banks, realtors and homeowners over the last decade to help all of my clients navigate this unique market and I work hard to gain the best advantage for my real estate clients both as buyers and sellers.
Prior to entering real estate, I served my country in the United States Navy and shortly after returning home I became the Director of Marketing for the Better Business Bureau for Southern Arizona. Here I was able to take the values of honesty and ethics I learned in the military and apply them to the business sector. After many years at the Better Business Bureau I decided to start my own local business here in Tucson where I focused on working with existing homeowners, new home buyers, real estate agents, and mortgage companies to provide much needed services within the local area. Working for my clients really helped instill a love of real estate and home ownership as well as teaching me a lot about the local real estate market here in Tucson.
These experiences have prepared me to be an outstanding real estate agent. The military taught me the value of attention to detail and performing above expectation, my career in marketing showed me the best ways to capture interest and generate excitement and as a small business owner I honed my negotiating skills while providing the best possible service.
