My client base includes first-time homebuyers and sellers, move-up buyers and sellers, people looking to downsize, relocate, or find their final home, as well as attorneys or other professionals liquidating in estate situations.
Over the years, I have built the majority of my business on referrals. My clients are typically family, friends, returning clients, or in turn - their family, friends, and co- workers. My philosophy about Real Estate is simple. In every situation I put myself in your shoes. I treat your money like it's my money. What would I accept as a price for my home? When I'm not working with buyers & sellers, my greatest joy is spending time with family. Married for 20 years, we have two daughters & four granddaughters. We enjoy travel, movies & theater productions, running, golfing, hiking, cycling, cooking, wine tasting, & spending time in Arizonas great outdoors.
