I have been a licensed Realtor in the state of Arizona since 2008, and in New Mexico since 2017. In Arizona I am with Realty One Group, license number SA626656000. In New Mexico I am with Red Sky Realty, license number 50869.
Prior to obtaining my real estate license(s) I worked in custom home sales and in other aspects of real estate sales and construction. During the outset of my real estate career I became one of Phoenix's top Broker Price Opinion (BPO) agents, holding high ratings with some of the nation's top valuation providers (such as CoreLogic). Additionally, I am BPO-R certified through the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I am also currently in process of obtaining CCIM designation, which is an internationally renowned certification for commercial brokers. My portfolio has been approved and am currently awaiting testing, which is next offered April 2023.
Over the past 14 years I have developed a very strong working knowledge of the Phoenix Metro area and the real estate market which exists there. From 2009-2012 I worked exclusively in short sale negotiations, successfully negotiating many short sales for distressed home owners. I have also worked extensively with vacant land sales, commercial sales and foreclosure sales.
Having grown up in New Mexico, and within a real estate family, I am also very knowledgable with the New Mexico market. I work in all aspects of real estate in NM as well, like with AZ. I work in both states, regularly. Don't hesitate to call me for any needs in either state, I have a system in place in both states that allows me to work efficiently in both.
While I am originally from Albuquerque, NM, I also have strong family ties in the New Jersey/New York area. I come from a family of real estate professionals and grew up in the business. I attended college at the University of Arizona to study psychology and aeronautical engineering.
