I've been selling real estate in Yuma since 2003. I started selling new construction for Kerley Homes and then for Kammann Development. Later in life I sold for Santa Fe Haciendas and SKE as well. I feel my new construction beginnings gives me an advantage in understanding what it is I'm selling!
In 2002 I graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors in Liberal Arts. From the summer of 2002 to the summer of 2003, I traveled around the world. It was the trip of my life and solidified my love of traveling! Yuma's low cost of living and proximity to so many great cities make for a great home base. As the winter vegetable capital of the world and the sunniest place on earth, life in Yuma is never dull!
In 2011 I started managing property to my portfolio. I feel this gives me an understanding of the "total picture" of the real estate market here in Yuma.
