Karen RosenbaumSFR, TRC,CIPS Karens career began about 10 years ago, when she was given the opportunity to manage a large portfolio of properties for an acquaintance. Part of the portfolio was a beautifully restored, authentic Moorish Castle in the south of Spain. It meant being responsible for the commercial advertising of the property in relevant publications, doing extensive research, having precise historical knowledge about the castle and acting as liaison between the owners and prospective buyers. A few years later, the feeling of privilege continued as she joined the team at Prudential California Realty in Laguna Beach. Karen is convinced that being backed by the state-of-the art technology and other highly trained experts that she can serve her clients to the highest level.Born in Dublin, Ireland, Karen graduated in the United Kingdom with a Bachelors of Arts Degree (Hons) in Modern Languages (French and Spanish). Subsequent worldwide travel ultimately lead to residing in numerous different homes and involvement in many foreign property transactions. Consequently, she has developed an understanding for finding the perfect home anywhere.Being affiliated with the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Orange County Association of Realtors and Southern California Multiple Listing Service keeps her connected to the most current real estate information here.She continues her education through specialized classes provided by Prudential Realty which are taught by the most highly motivated professionals in the industry. Other courses completed include Real Estate Practice and Principles, Real Estate Finance, Open Houses, Qualifying Buyers, Effective Negotiating Techniques, Offer Presentation, Closing Techniques, Handling Objections, Listing Contracts, Transfer Disclosure Statements, Internet Marketing and Lawsuit Avoidance.It is with her international background and local knowledge that she strives to provide all her clients with a world class standard of service.
