Breck moved to Tahoe in 2003 after working 13 years in the hospitality and ski resort business in Colorado. He came to Tahoe to help open the new Village at Northstar. With more than 20 years of sales experience, Breck has established himself as an innovative marketer and leader in real estate for Sierra Sothebys International Realty. In 2014 Breck joined with top-producer Jeff Hamilton to form Overall & Hamilton Group. Together, they are the top-producing team for Sierra Sothebys International Realty. In 2015 they set the record for the highest lakefront sale in California ($28m) to date. They have also sold the highest-priced properties in Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. They closed over $100m in real estate in 2018 and ended 2019 as the top-producing team in Tahoe. They specialize in marketing second-home and vacation properties in Tahoes various communities in California and Nevada. Brecks background in hospitality and resort management enables him to see the big picture when matching clients with their ideal properties in Tahoe. A member of Exceptional Agent Network and Luxury Real Estate, Brecks relationships with clients and colleagues reflect his integrity and trustworthiness. Breck is passionate in his interaction with his clients, associates and peers and delivers unparalleled service to each client. When he began his business, it was important to him to include a component for giving back. He supports a non-profit organization called Home For A Home. Home for a Home is driven by the belief that a safe and solid home can be the catalyst to dramatic and positive change in peoples lives. At each closing, Breck makes a donation to fund the construction of homes for families in critical need in Guatemala. He is also a strong supporter of the local Tahoe community and serves on several boards, including the Truckee River Watershed Council, Truckee Donner Land Trust and the Tahoe Forest Health System Foundation. Most recently, he gave a significant matching grant donation to the Tahoe Forest Hospital to help with its goal of becoming a Level Three Trauma Center. He also made a large donation to the Truckee River Watershed Council to help complete the Middle Martis Valley Restoration project to revegetate 60 acres of precious wetlands. While busy earning the top-producer spot at Sierra Sothebys International Realty, he manages to find balance with work and his family and friends. You can often find him downhill and cross-country skiing in the winter, and boating, biking and paddleboarding in the summer with family and friends. Breck is a competitive open-water swimmer and competes in the annual Alcatraz swim. His wife Susie was a former competitive mogul ski racer. Breck and Susie are raising their children (Annika and Ridge) to be active outdoor enthusiasts while instilling in them the values of respect for the environment and other people.
