Although our fee structure is one of the lowest around, we are a traditional, full-service, residential real estate brokerage. We provide our state-of-the-art services for a fee that others simply cannot or will not match. The question is not why we charge so little, but why other brokerages charge so much.
Our 4% listing fee allows you to sell your home for top dollar and pay 4% total sales commission, regardless of price. We pay 2.5% to the buyers broker, and we keep 1.5%.

No gimmicks, no kidding!
*Most new construction and short sales are not eligible for rebate. When payment is due to another broker as a result of a referral, the rebate will be reduced. Reduced commissions result in reduced rebates. Auburn Folsom Real Estate must net no less than 1.5%.
