Lorraine has been successfully practiced real Estate for over 3 decades in the Northern Virginia area. She currently manages the dynamic offices of the Alexandria and Annandale offices of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty.
Lorraine now is a non-competing manager and focuses her time coaching and mentoring her agents to be the best that they can be. Having walked in their shoes she understands the challenges they face in an ever changing market. Using cutting edge technology she supports and encourages her agents, doing whatever it takes to ensure the success of her agents. Lorraine believes strongly in Commuity involvement. Referrals are the mainstay of the Alexandria and Annandale offices. Whether it is her agents or clients Lorraine is always accessible. She manages expectations and ensures they get the best possible results.
The Real Estate profession has been very good to her so she gives back by volunteering at her association. Lorraine was President of the Northern Virginia Association Board in 2018, a Board member of the Virginia Realtors and a Director of the National Association of Realtors. She is also serves on the NVAR Realtor Political Action Committee . She is the NAR Vice Chair for the Certified International Property Specialist Advisory Committee and represented NVAR at the annual international MIPIM Conference in Canes, France.
Lorraine also volunteers at her church, is the President of her home owners association and serves on the Board of The Brain Foundation.
She has lived in Northern Virginia with her husband for over 30 years. Lorraine has raised two sons who still live in the area. Her hobbies are music, dancing, gardening cooking and reading. She is an avid soccer fan and coached her sons when they were young. Her favorite pastime is walking her Carin Terrier, Enzo.
