Ryan was born and raised in Kansas City before friends and family encouraged him to move to beautiful San Diego, California in 1999. In 2004 he started his Real Estate and Lending career and has never looked back. From 2005-2008 Ryan was promoted from an account executive to District Manager at Wachovia Wholesale Lending Division where he learned the "in's and out's" of the lending business which to this day helps his clients make informed decisions. 2008 was the middle of many banking woes, shut-downs and uncertainties that lead to the best career decision of his life joining the Utopia Real Estate team (also known as Utopia Management) where he has focused exclusively on Real Estate sales. Starting in 2010 Ryan was promoted to overseeing the Real Estate department for Utopia and setting up a top notch real estate team.
Ryan specializes in 1031 exchange, 1st time homebuyers, buying, forclosures, investment, selling and short sales transactions.
