He has thousands of satisfied upholstery clients and is working on getting thousands of satisfied real estate clients before he retires. He takes the formula for success (in the upholstery business) and transfers it to real estate. What is that formula for success? 1. Find out what the client's needs are and make them happen. 2. Attention to detail. Think ten steps ahead. 3. Spend as much time (or more) doing things the client will never see as to the things they do see. 4. Always be on time.
